North Yorkshire Council have agreed in principle to the land transfer. Demolition will take place Jan/Feb 2025. NYC employees are helping us with our business plan, funding and the formation of a CIO (charitable organisation) to take over the running of the project and to ensure sustainability for the generations, both young and old, to come. We will be busy applying for funding so that we can build in phases and we expect to reach completion of the whole site in early 2026.
